The Pinnacle is a development of 5 apartments just moments from the very centre of town but benefiting from it’s own landscaped garden and parking. The project presented Walktrue with a challenge we relish, help the developer sell units off plan. Looking to benefit from the ‘one stop shop’ Walktrue were commissioned to take care of the full suite of marketing collateral for the scheme including a full Virtual Reality walk through, floor plans, brochure, website, location video and CGI’s.
After consultation with the client to establish the target consumer Walktrue tailored each element to the market and delivered a full suite of marketing ready to go live as soon as planning permission negotiations are signed off. The package was process driven and looks to guide interested parties from initial interest to contacting the developer team by enabling them to fully understand the development before a spade has touched the ground.
