A new development of apartments and a detached family home were being brought to market by renown developer WaltonWagner. Our challenge was to help secure off plan interest in the scheme and ensure all interested buyers would understand the fantastic location for schools.

Market research shows that parents are some of the most engaged with social media. We profiled our typical buyers and created a small social campaign with community and schools at its core.

Of course we quite like digital assets in this office so we also created 360 degree CGI, some CGI stills and a bespoke brand and brochure for the scheme.

When packaged this end to end set of collateral drew clients in and helped agents close the deal.
