The Pinnacle, an unassuming name this one. A combination of high quality design, careful construction and enviable location certainly offered buyers the Pinnacle of Surrey living. An apartment with easy access to London but in a town so pretty you have no reason to leave.

Our mission was to produce a sales pipeline for our friends at Meadway Homes. This had to answer buyer questions, draw them in and have them signing deals before the building was even complete.

Using virtual reality to create a virtual show home and combining it with an SEO optimised website, we enabled buyers from any walk of life or location to understand what was on offer, where the building was situated and what the lifestyle would be like living in the very Pinnacle of 21st century developments.

We even threw in winning an award as best apartment complex for good measure.
